Using
FTP to upload files to your site
Log on to Plesk Server: http://www.(yourwebsite).com/cpanel
Enter Username:#####
Enter Password: ******
Forgot your username and password? Email us here to retrieve it.
FTP Login Settings:
FTP Host Address: ftp.(yourwebsite).com
USER Name: (supplied by admin)
Password: (supplied by admin)

Installing and Using an FTP Program 1)
If you do not have an ftp program we suggest downloading
CUTE
FTP Here.
2) Once you install CUTE FTP You will be
prompted to choose a label for your site. Input a name that
you will
associate with this site.
3) Next you will be prompted to add
an FTP Host Address. Enter ftp.(yourwebsite).com
4)
Now you will
be prompted to input the User name and Password. This is
the information that the Admin
for the site provides you.
5)
Finally you will be asked to choose
a Default local folder. Choose a place on your hard drive that
you will designate
for File Transfers.
6)Once you have
these configured you can see this in the Site Manager of
Cute FTP every time you open the program.
Using Internet Explorer to ftp
1) Another option to ftp is to use
Internet Explorer version 6.0
2) In the address bar, type in ftp.(yourwebsite).com
3) If it asks you for a user name and password, enter the
password the website admin provided.
4) If it gives an error or doesn't ask for a user name
and password, go to the next step.
5) Using the mouse, right-click
in the explorer body where the web site would be, and choose
login-as,
from the menu. Type in your username and password
and login.
