Adam Weston
Founder - Weston Graphics
Before Co-Founding W3iNet in 1998, Adam started our sister company, Weston Graphics in 1987. Weston Graphics is one of the premiere Design and Printing facilities in the Los Angeles area. Adam currently oversees business development activities for both companies. Adam’s focus has built a team consisting of high caliber individuals to drive the company’s continued growth and success. Adam is a graduate of San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance.
Nick Gallop
Website Executive Producer/Project Manager
Nick is the lead Project Manager and Web Producer for W3. Nick is responsible for organizing the initial concepts of sites and forming a cohesive navigation structure and definition for each section of the sites. Nick is a graduate of The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington.
Nicholas Brown
Project Manager/Creative Director
Nicholas is our head website development / interface designer. His duties also
include precision project management. Nicholas brings engaging interactive media
to life with award winning concepts. As W3iNet’s design director, Nicholas shapes
our strategic foundations into innovative and creative design solutions that
deliver the client’s message with strength and impact. Nicholas is a graduate
of Gibb's College, Boston with a degree in Visual Communication.
Ernie Cavazos
Graphic Arts Director– Print Media
With over 9 years as a graphic designer, Ernie brings creative
concepts that produce real world results. His talents have
awed many of clients during his time here. Branding and corporate
identity concepts, packaging, marketing materials and catalog
development are a few of the areas that Ernie’s talents
exceed our clients expectations. Ernie attended the
Art Institute of Seattle where he completed the
Visual Communications Program earning an Associate of Applied
Arts degree.
